    Step 1: The Initial Consultation 

    After setting a meeting date and time, our staff will assist in showing you our premise and spaces available. Inquiries such as space considerations and decorations can be answered here as well. Thereafter, we will proceed to discuss the specifics: the theme, guests profile, dietary requirements, and most importantly, the highlight of your event. After this analysis, we can match the desired emotional impact of the dish to it.

    Step 2: The Chef’s Conceptual Menu

    After note all requirements, our Chef is ready to take your event to the next level by crafting a preliminary menu. Seasonal ingredients may be used/absent from the menu in order to bring balance of classic Cantonese techniques with modern flair. Of course, if there is a particular cooking style or preferred ingredient, Chef is more than willing to work your preferences in. 

    Step 3: Curating the Perfect Pairings

    Did you know? Restaurant Manager Jason is also a certified sommelier. Considering all the information presented, he would work alongside Chef to recommend the ideal wine, champagne, or premium tea pairings for each course, thus evolving the experience to become a sensory one.

    • Concept 1: “Dinner With The Chairman”

    A menu designed for a high-stakes corporate board meeting. A 5-course menu that starts off with Crispy Iberico Char Siew and Crabmeat Spring Roll, expertly roasted and fried by our Roast & Wok Specialists respectively. Next, cleanse your palate with Mini Buddha Jumps Over The Wall Bird’s Nest, double-boiled to perfection. Thereafter, Stewed West Australian Lobster served in Superior Stock brings an extravagant touch to the meal. Now, the main: Braised Wagyu Beef Cheef with Ee-Fu Noodles follows after, delivering a tender, melt-in-your-mouth bite. Then it’s time for Chairman to savour his/her sweet ending: our re-imagined Avocado Ice Cream

    A romantic, elegant menu, only befitting of such an intimate, important occasion. Commencing the celebration are our beautifully-plated appetisers Preserved Radish, Pan-Seared Foie Gras and signature Barbecued Duck. Then, we lighten the palate with a medley of South African Abalone, juicy Hokkaido Scallop and Fresh Oyster, wok-fried in White Wine Sauce. If you’re a seafood fan, your guests would love what follows after. Steamed Rice Vermicelli with Crab Claw and Egg White:

Crispy Scallop Roll with Broccoli will be served. As astute believers of “年年有余”, we will serve up a guest-favourite: Duo Garlic Steamed Garoupa Fillet. This further bestow our well-wishes for the beloved matriarch. Other highlights include: Stuffed Abalone with Black Truffle Yam Paste, Crispy Roasted Chicken and Shredded Chicken & Shrimps Fried Rice. Finally, Mango Pomelo Sago to end on a sweet, nostalgic note. Complimentary longevity buns will also be prepared and served at the end of the celebration
