Mother’s Day Set Menu – A Feast Fit for a Queen
Say “Thank You” with more than just flowers this Mother’s Day. Li Bai’s curated set menu features six courses ($158++/person), ensuring Mummy gets a well-deserved treat. Here’s a preview of what Mummy can expect:
Chilled Abalone, Roasted Duck, Crispy Beancurd Skin
6-head South African Abalone served with Choya jelly, paired with expertly-roasted duck, sitting atop fried beancurd skin – a perfect yin-yang balance of sweet and savoury. Mum will savour this ume-zing appetiser.
Double-boiled Fish Cartilage Soup with Bird’s Nest & Fish Maw
Luxurious as it sounds, we guarantee this soup delivers. Packed with ingredients known for their anti-aging properties and joint support functions, then double-boiled to achieve a concentrated consistency, Mummy will slurp up this nourishing bowl of goodness.
Braised Luffa with Crabmeat & Crab Roe
High in fibre, luffa is a ‘cooling’ ingredient used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to aid in heat-related fatigue or skin irritation recovery. Did we mention it is low in calories as well? Celebrate Tradition with Our Rice Dumplings
As the Dragon Boat Festival approaches, we honour the occasion with our signature rice dumplings with three new additions this year: Teochew Beef (pictured above), Kung Pao Chicken & Morel Mushroom, and Lotus Paste Kansui (Jianshui) Rice Dumplings. These handcrafted delights are made with refreshed time-honoured recipes and premium ingredients.
Kung Pao Chicken & Morel Mushroom Rice Dumpling
A Singaporean zi char favourite, made in rice dumpling form. We recommend sharing this indulgent bundle albeit zi char style – together with flavours like Teochew Beef, or our classics: Abalone and Pumpkin Rice Dumpling and Traditional Rice Dumpling.
Lotus Paste Kansui (Jianshui) Rice Dumpling

Li Bai Celebrates World Hamburger Day!
In celebration of the occasion on the 28th of May, we’re putting a bold spin on a global favourite! Expect your proteins to be sandwiched between gua bao (割包), or Taiwanese Pork Belly Buns, instead of the usual toasted buns topped with sesame seeds.
Chinese-style Braised Beef with Homemade Bun
Calling all beef stir-fry lovers, you’d want to call dibs on this. Expect a flavourful burst in your mouth biting into our beef fillet, expertly braised and sandwiched in fried gua bao, reminiscent of fried man tou.
Black Pepper Omnimeat with Homemade Bun
Vegetarians – we’ve got you. Slathered in peppery goodness, and complemented with our version of coleslaw. Certainly not your typical slaw, we hand-make our own mix of yam, potatoes, Japanese cucumber, longans and tobiko, leaving a refreshing taste that complements the peppery goodness of our omnimeat.
