International Cheese Day (Mar 27) is a European celebration where people can partake in cheese workshops and tastings. While we cannot bring you, let us ‘transport’ you there with our cheese offerings this month. Baked Australian Lobster with Cheese – Sweet, tender lobster baked together with aromatics under a golden, bubbling cheese crust, creating a velvety rich bite. A perfect marriage of indulgence and umami!

Baked Stuffed Crab Shell with Cheese – Fresh, succulent Sri Lankan crab meat baked together with dried scallop, bacon and of course, cheese in its shell, resulting in a crispy-on-the-outside, melt-in-your-mouth experience
