Li Bai X Maetomo Four Hands Collaboration
Li Bai Cantonese Restaurant presents a four hands collaboration with Maetomo Japanese Cuisine Kaiseki & Sushi, and Japanese classical ensembles Kohaku and Bodai & Bonno. Let your mouth be treated to delicacies like abalone, caviar, king crab and wagyu steak. Talk about indulgence indeed! Expertly paired with sake, champagne and red and white wines, this 7-course menu is sure to tantalise any tastebud.

Now, what’s an event without music? Li Bai and Maetomo are collaborating with Japanese classical ensembles Kohaku and Bodai & Bonno to bring music to your ears. Literally. These musicians are established in the music industry and boast a vast portfolio performing and orchestrating in Japan, as well as internationally.
